  • Every order comes with a tracking number, we immediately send you this tracking number once your order is prepared for shipment. 
  • Please ensure that your email address and shipping address are correct. Its best for shipping and billing address to match. 
  • You can track your package through the shipping email we will send you, USPS.COM, or by calling them directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

Please understand that Perpetual Tresses is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We will do our very best in confirming accurate delivery, but please contact your local authorities and postal office.


*Due to Covid-19, shipping can now be up to 5- 7 days. Many shipping carriers still have shipping delays due to changes in their policies, our system helps you track your order as best as possible.


RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if we have sent you the wrong items. 
  • If your items needs to be exchanged please email perpetualtresses@gmail.com to notify owner of error as soon as possible.
  • Items must be in the original condition to be considered for exchange.
